bouncing wheeel problem
A friend was following me and said the rear wheel on right side was bouncing quite a bit the left was fine.
Is it the struts? springs? or something else?
also when the car is stopped and you look at the wheels
the wheels angle in at the top a little is this normal for a rex?
I have an 86 N/A
also I was thinkin of getting new struts would adustable shocks be worth the xtra $
thanks...

Bouncing while diving? Sounds like an out of round or an out of balance tire. If it does it while youre spinning your wheels, its wheel hop. Only one wheel would do it b/c its an open differential.

yeah the wheel leaning in at the top is a result of camber for the RWS.
the wheel bouncing is a sign of an balance issue, if you dont feel it then your shocks are prolly ok, switch your vibrating tire to another wheel and see if the problem moves with it. if it moves you need to get your wheel balanced, if not you may have a bad bearing or even a warped axle or just bad bushings

If you can actually see the wheel bouncing, there is no way it's a wheel out of balance. If it was that far out of balance you could spin it fast enough to see it bouncing, it'd rip itself off the car! It'll be a stuffed... really stuffed shock absorber. Fix it immediately, it's dangerous to drive a car in this condition.

ok thanks everyone I will replace the struts and get the new tires put on and balanced see if that fixes things it probably would be a nice improvement anyway I just dont want to spend the money and find out its something else and not have the cash for another 2 weeks to fix it.
