Bought a TII, trying to understand this BOV setup... help!

I bought a TII it has a few extra things on it, one of them being an aftermarket BOV. The boost gauge in the car doesn't work, and I'm trying to understand how this is setup.

I have minimal knowledge of what's going on here so any help is much appreciated.

I attached the picture... What I'm wondering is:
A) why is the T junction for the pressure sensor capped off?
B) What is the hose labeled "what is this hose?"? what does it do? What was it attached to originally?
C) I've seen other BOV setups where the hose on the BOV is attached right to the T junction that connects to the pressure sensor. Why does mine not do that?

Thanks!

I'm also just noticing that the temperature gauge doesn't work either.

hose A (hose that goes to pressure sen.): it looks like it was used for a pressure source for like a aftermarket boost gauge or something. Having it blocked doesn't affect anything.

Hose B (other hose): where does it go after the Bov?

I'm not sure because it's hard to see in the picture what exactly that hose is for. All my pressure stuff runs (boost gauge, bov, boost sensor) runs off the same hose.

is this an S4 or S5? my S4 didnt have that fluid tank there. anyways...

i wouldnt Tee anything off the vacuum line that goes to the pressure sensor. i would want that to be a solid line. not for looks but so it provides as accurate as possible pressure to that sensor.

Id take vac for the BOV off of somewhere else.

Heres a good few shots of how the vac hoses should be routed.

Ah yeah, I think I've managed to figure most of it out. I understand a lot more about how that works now. And I'll replace that vac line to the sensor so there isn't a T there.

Thanks everybody!

Just curious, you didn't mirror the picture...or is this a RHD car? That's the master cylinder reservoir, no? I the pic, the firewall is on the left?

Yeah, you're right - it's a RHD car.
