Borla Xr-1 questions

I am running premix and am having a custom single N1 set-up built in a little over a week. I am thinking about getting a borla Xr-1 to help make it a little quieter in the cab.

My questions are, Will it last given the rotary and Premix.
Will it still shoot flames?

thanks guys.

It's a straight through muffler, with stainless packing, and a diffuser sheet lengthwsie through the middle of it.
It's a great quality muffler, and yes it'll hold up just fine.
It will quiet it down a bit, but mostly give it a much nicer tone.

Srange thing is though, the walls of the muffler are failry thin, and since rotaries are SO damn loud, you can actually hear a lot of sound through the walls of the muffler. I just wrapped mine with fiberglass cloth. It's osunds great now.
