I hear people here getting full boost in all gears and such. But my 87 T2 is completely different. I only get 7psi in 1st & 2nd, then 10psi in 3rd & 4th, and that 10psi comes on LATE in 3rd & 4th, like around 6200rpms. What could be wrong here...or is that the way things are?

For mods I got:
3" Exhaust, 2" DP, Walbro Fuel Pump, 680cc Secondaries, 3" Intake with HKS SuperMega Flow, Racing Beat FCD and running on STOCK BOOST.
