boost problems take 2

So I don't know much about FC's fuel control but I posted earlier about my boost problem and my boost just stopping at anywhere from 2-4psi. What are the chances that it's fuel related? Fuel filter? Something like that?

I'm doing silicone hoses and gonna inspect everything tuesday... just wanted to see what you thought of this.

Clogged up pre-cat or main cat. Not a fuel issue. Could be a bum turbo though. Push and pull on the compressor blades looking for slop, missing/broken blades. Same with the turbine blades.

Vacuum lines? Slim and none that, that is the problem. I lean towards NONE.
