boost problem

hey, i have a 91 turbo II. im a newb so have patience with me. what exactly do i need to increase the boost on my engine.? whats the least complicated and inexpensive way to increase my boost? i know this is a newb question but i really need some help thanks so much.
oh yeah...my turbo is internally waste gated . i think it is et at 7lbs. right now the highest i can get the car to run at is 7 lbs.

The fastest, cheapest and least complicated way to raise your boost would be to not do it at all until you fully understand what you are asking.

Or a Manual Boost Controller will do the trick too. It will do alot of other interesting tricks along with raising the boost like blowing your motor...
