boost gauge ?'s

hey everyone, i just got a boost gauge and have it all ready to go but i dont know where to run the vac line through. i dont want to pinch it and i dont want to drill a hole in my fire wall anyone kknow of a good way to do this?

oh yeah and when i hooked it up i was reading 15 vac. Is this normal on a 88t2 with a port?

thanks
Gabe

You don't have to drill the firewall, there are holes there already.
'T' the Vac. line with the Boost Sensor Vac. Line

Use the hole that has the spedo gauge line, just take out the rubber cap from the firewall, and run the line threw there.

You can see it from the engine bay, firewall right behind where the gauge cluster is..

I get roughly 18 inhg at idle, (1000rpms) on my HUGE street port motor.. about 10k miles on the motor.
Hope that helps.

is it ok to T the line again?
my turbo timer can also be a digital boost guage, but i happen to like my greddy boost guage

is it possible to have both at the same time without losing accuracy?
