Boost Gauge and Air/Fuel Gauge

Just bought some autometer Boost and Air/Fuel Gauges for my 87 turbo II. I tried searching the forums, but can't find detailed instructions on where to wire these things.
1. Boost Gauge- What vacuum do I tap into? and the tubing that came with the gauge is really thin...do i need an adapter to connect the skinny tube to a larger one and then into some sort of t pipe splitting a vacuum hose? Also where should i drill a hole to get the tube into the engine bay?
2. Air/Fuel- Is there an o2 sensor on the ecu that I can tap into? if so, which wire would it be, color? where is the ecu located? is it easier to tap into the o2 sensor? and the o2 sensor is on the downpipe? i think mine is gone b/c i have an aftermarket midpipe..

pictures really help out too, i'm new with working with my t2 and am not very familiar with everything yet.
