Question boost control PLEASE HELP

im wanting to know if I want to run stock boost but have a tid mod full exhaust and intake (lets say) some one earlier said that a boost controller only raises boost. so I have all that boost increasing stuff. but i only want stock boost, what do i use to keep it from going much over that level (to keep it from going over stock boost?? hope i wasn't to foggy on that but please tell me i NEED TO KNOW. thanks for the help.

If you do not want your boost to go over stock, the port your wastegate. This will help reduce your boost pressure about 1-2 psi.

only thing you can do is port the wastegate which will help a bit. if you have a 87,88 you can get a 89-91 turbo and manifold and port that, it'll work better. you will have a very hard time to keep the boost at stock levels with a TID, intake and exhaust. I'm hitting 9psi with exhaust and stock airbox and that's with the better 89 turbo (not ported though) the only other thing you can do is get an external wastegate but that requires and new manifold and turbo $$$$.
