Question Bonez air pump filter on www.rx7.com ...

I was wondering if any of you guys know of a comparable product that isn't $20.18 after shipping costs.

BTW: If you want to know what I'm talking about, just go to the FC3S products list and go to "power", and then "intake" and it will be on that page.

I just used a generic machine filter in my airpump hose. I took it from the shop at work. Any sort of filter will work.

You're talking about the valve cover breathers right? I went to NAPA right before rx7.com and they didn't have one that would fit.

Go into Advanced Auto into their ricer section, you'll see one there that fits fine. It doesn't quite fit directly into the air pump itself (no way to clamp it down) but it will hook up to the hose that normally runs into your stock airbox. It cost 10-12 bucks, I think.

Well, I ordered the Bonez yesterday anyway, plus I got my new air pump belt so here soon I'll have some ponies back in my ride and I'll be happy, like a chicken, or a clam... man, I should go to Long John Silver's.
