Bodywork. (Door Trim, and Quarter Panel)

Wondering what's the best way to repair the horizontal trim on the door.. One of them is starting to peel up.. I guess the glue or whatever is just old..
What should I use to repair it? and how?

Also, my Left Front quarter panel seems to be loose on the bottom, just to the rear of the front tire. I just noticed this evening when i was washing my car - how are they attatched to the frame? will I have to take off the whole panel to fix is? :S

yeah its just a factory style double sided tape that hold its on originally no bolts just make sure not to bend the trim cuase i belive it has a metal strip in the middle cause once you bend it the crase never rally comes out, yeah it should just peel off..

What door moldings are we talking about? I never had any door moldings on my S4's to begin with, or anything that the S5 didnt.
