body rust
infront of the rear tires at the bottom corner of the wheel well on both sides of the car, I have a decent amount of rust. Not just surface, has penetrated the body.
I am looking at having this car for another yr or 2. Do you think I could cover it with diamond plated steel, or do i need to pay a ton of $$ to have it fixed? Thanks
Brandon

For resale value purposes as well as satisfaction of having a nice car, I would suggest use plasma cutter and cut off the rusted parts, weld a piece, fill then paint it.
Rust is like cancer, you have to get rid of it.
I personally wouldn't cover it up, unless you gonna part it out for $ later.

I just did my old oldsmobile. First I sandblasted the spots clean and then used eastwoods rust encapsulator as a base coat on most of the car. It's been 5 months and not a trace of the rust has come back.
