Can i just put any body kit on my 1989 Rx-7 GTU (non turbo) or do i have to get a kit made specifically for it? I was told that i could get a kit and have it shaved and fit to my car - is that true? I like the veil side kit for a 93 Rx-7 - so could i put that on my car? If you can help me - i would apreciate it. Also If your know any good sites for me to see and maybe purchase a kit for my car - please send me the link. Thank-you.

 

Body kits are usually made for each specific make and model. So I seriously doubt that you could get an FD body kit to fit an FC without the use of a ton of Bondo.

 

Look at the body kits at www.rx7.com or at www.bomexusa.com. And no, 3rd gen kits will not fit a 2nd gen! Good luck!!
