I am running a stage 4 with 720 primaries, and 890 secondaries. AEM FPR, and a walbro.

At 15 PSI, my injectors are getting a bit maxed...

Ok this is a noob question but.

How exactly do the bnr hybrids work?

Do i have to trade in my core?

Also do they mount to the stock manifold? use internal wg? Is it just a boltup affair?

You send him your turbo (s4 or s5). He sends it back to you with whatever stage you choose. And he ports the HELL out of the wastegate. Then its a direct bolt on.

Hey J-Rat, Did they port your wastegate to support the psi? Does you lose boost at high rpms?

Yea, i'd be interested in those, and Jrat, does it hold boost till the top? and when do you have full boost by?

Also how high can they flow (psi wise) and still make good power?

Stage 4: The stage 4 turbocharger upgrade for the S5 RX7 consists of a modified 60-1 compressor wheel, T04B compressor cover package with dynamic seal backing plate and dynamic sealed thrust collar. Turbine wheel is upgraded with either a 69 trim or a P trim T04, clipped to spec to decrease back pressure and help stabilize rotating assembly RPM. The factory turbine housing is machined to fit the upgraded turbine wheel. The Rotating assemblies are balanced and blue printed to minimize vibrations and to give you a more reliable turbocharger upgrade. The stage 4 turbocharger has a 360 thrust bearing option for the people running 15 psi or more. The wastegate is ported and the turbine housing inlet is portmatched to the gasket. This turbocharger upgrade can make from 350-370 RWHP on a properly modified car. The turbocharger will make peak boost at an estimated 4,500 RPM.

Cliffs:
- The turbocharger will make peak boost at an estimated 4,500 RPM

This is from the description of the Stage 2 - ...dynoed 332 RWHP at 14 psi of boost, also has ran an ET and MPH of 12.3 at 114. The car will reach peak boost around an estimated 3800 RPM

yeah it's a rebuild x1000. This is the best way to add horse power without having to go stand alone, full turbo upgrade (very expensive comparatively speaking), and whatever else goes along with that. 799 is actually a very good price for the amount of power you are going to be seeing.

The S4 with a 360 Deg thrust bearing should be good to 19 PSI, according to BNR.

I will post my 1/4 mile times, but the thing is, I was fighting a failing tansmission all day, and couldnt do much..

Best pass was 13.8 @ 105 on a stockport motor, and stock ECU. Again, keep in mind that my transmission is not cooperating, and I broke the shifter that day trying to force that SOB into 2nd gear...

All runs at SIR, in Tucson Az. Approximate altitude 2800 ft.

Is the AEM FPR a fuel pressure regulator? I guess that's what it means.

What sort of computer mods are we talking about here too?
