BNR stage 3 fitment issue

anyone had an issue fitting one of these? the bolt on the compresor housing is hitting the LIM. anyone fit this without clocking?

I have heard Bryan test fits each setup on a test engine, so I wonder how that is happening.

i had the same problem. just take a dremel to it and grind it down

yeah i talked to bryan and he said he test fitted it. im just not sure why it's not working on my car. damn this sucks. ill take pics of it tonight.

we had this problem at the shop the other day. just take the dremel to it and grind it down a bit. not hard at all.

i think there is some kind of difference between the fitment on s4 and s5

Are you guys talking about grinding out the manifold? i have ground down the nub on the Compressor to the max already (flush with the bolt with enough metal to hold it well).

yeah i clocked the turbo a bit. i can't clock it too far, gotta keep the wastegate actuator lined up.

i ended up grinding down about a third of the interfering bolt before it would fit
