OH BNR Stage 2 Rebuild

Hey guys, not sure where to ask so going to post it here. My 13BT blew a couple of weeks ago and the BNR stage 2 Turbo got damaged, the fins are chopped on the exhaust turbine. There is no shaft play and it spins freely so the only thing damaged is the turbine. I emailed BNR through their website which doesn't look like has been updated in a while and then a week later contacted them via email on his Facebook page. I'm still waiting for any response but I don't think I'll get any. He seems to be still in business given his Facebook activity. I was wondering if there is another way to get in touch or if there is another business who would be able to replace the damaged turbine wheel, clip the fins, and balance it.

Thank you

Gpop turbo is a very good company that builds hybrids, you would have to contact them about pricing

I can't see why you are having a problem getting a hold of BNR.
I call them internationally and Bryan always calls me back!

looks like a back cut stock wheel .. you can buy a ta34 turbine wheel 451311-0002 ( stage 2 t3 ) and it will fit right in as an upgrade in spool and flow to that one
and any old shop can do the balance and assembly

It is a stock turbo II wheel with BNR clipping, if what you're saying is possible, I think that's the best route.

yes , i have done a few with that wheel and it it less shrouded and curved blade and significantly lighter and works well
( a combo of less inertia and with more flow up top )

i buy them from the UK off ebay , though i expect it is still a china part
however when i get them balanced the guy there says they spec up better than some garrett ones
( needing less material to be removed to balance )

he just clocks up the turbine wheel and the compressor ,, and marks them .. i do the assembly

my personal unit has been used daily for several years, and with 1000 c exhaust temps ,, and is still AOK

Good stuff, I see some Garrett ones for sale, 140$ on ebay, or it's a China fake

i also email them and ask them to put in a stagger gap t3 turbine seal
( and a steel front 270 , though im not so sure how your front and CHRA is configured )

turbo has been rebuilt by BNR with a 360 bearing, should be ok, just need the wheel.
