Blown Turbo possibly....?

Hey guys, got a situation that started up last week, figured I'd post and see what everyone thinks.

Last week I changed my oil, and also pulled off my stock intercooler. After I finished the oil change I put the IC back on, made sure all my hose clamps were good to go and everything was looking good. So I start the car up and suddenly its got a real loud whistling noise from the turbo side of the engine, I figured it was a clamp I had missed or something cause the noise was not there 30 minutes earlier when I drove it home from work. So I park it again and check all my clamps, everything seemed ok. So I drive it down to my buddies house (about 20 minutes away) and the noise is there the whole time, it gets loud when I accelerate and goes away when I let off the throttle. We pop the hood and check around, I notice the exterior of the turbo on the compressor housing side is covered in oil that normally is not there. I clean it off, we look for leaks, can't see anything. Drive it to my GF's house and check again, and the turbo is covered in oil again. So I wipe it all clean and leave it for the night. Next day drive it to work, the loud noise has mostly gone away, and I check the turbo at work and there is no oil on it at all, still totally clean. Since then its been perfectly fine other then the loud whistling noise is back. I also used to experience boost creep up to about 15psi, now I have the boost controller turned up more and it builds to 10psi and holds solid at 10 right to redline in every gear. It does not burn oil on decel or anything, I have checked with friends driving behind me. Anyone got any idea's what it could be?

later
-Justin

turbo is kaput, take it off and have it rebuilt, if its still in good enough condition to do that.

Well I am going to have to keep driving with it for a while more, till I buy a bigger one off a friend. Good reason to do an upgrade I suppose.
