Blown Motor - Is this Easily Done?

I have a 1990 s5 n/a which i have tii swapped, and using a haltech e6x for management.

I used a s5 jspec motor, but it's now burning coolant.

Would i have any problems using an s4 block with waterpump and flywheel with my setup?

I know the manifolds will work, but what about Alternator etc.?

I'm not worried about emmissions equipment since i run none.

Let me know thanks

Mechanical vs electrical OMP, but front covers can be switched.
