Blown Main Bearing?

So, I just smoged my fresh atkins street port. Have just over a 100 miles on it. Today I am on a steady incline doing 75mph in 5th when I notice is power loss. I let off a bit on the peddle, and notice it again and agin till BAM, no power.........
Pull off to the shoulder, get towed home. With my car in nuetral, I can not turn the ecentric shaft with a breaker bar. It is frooze.

1. Does this sound like the main bearing?

Thanks guys,
Chris

Possibly. If the oil thermal pellet is installed backwards, it restricts oil flow enough to damage bearings fairly quickly.
