My blower motor has been non functional since I bought the car. Won't turn at all. I get a click from the area when I use the logicon slider, and I tested the motor leads. They are providing 0-12 volts. Also, I can spin the motor by hand and generate some current out of it. So the motor internals seem to be in order.

Maybe the motor is just has too much resistance to move? It didn't seem that bad, but I cleaned/lubircated the bushings in the motor housing. Still no luck.
