Blower motor/Electrical/logician question please help

Blower motor/Electrical/logician question please help
This is the problem the blower motor wont worrk the lights onb the logician light up exept when i put the blower motor to full then they dimm out.. i tried a new dash harness. and im pretty sure the logician and blowermotor are good


Please help

Check the blower resistor, mounted on the blower shroud...
