Blower motor barely works

My blower barely blows at all. I've seen a lot of threads about the blower motor not working at all, but mine works. It is enough that you can feel slight air movement when its on high. Any ideas of what could cause this?

Anyone?
And I know not to do this, but it was well off the first page and would never be seen otherwise.

I guess I'll check for low voltage. Any idea where to find the correct voltage?

messure it directly at the blower motor, should change voltage depending on fan speed, highest speed should be about 12v volts, if it sees 12v and doesn't move fast then its the motor, if it doesn't see 12v then its the logicon, i got 2 spare blower motors that work perfectly, i will sell you if you need it.

Alrighty. I'm pretty tight on money right now, plus I don't have A/C so I don't need it right now. I'll prob wait until it gets cold in november.
