Blower Fan Issues - I can't figure this out
For some reason my blower fan motor for the heater, etc. is not working.
1. I tried resoldering the logicon and fan amp and it didn't do anything.
2. I tried replacing the two relays (silver cylindrical one and the black rectangular one).
3. Then I tried putting in a different logicon.
Symptoms:
A. With the fan plugged in only one of the relays "clicks" on.
B. With the fan unplugged both relays "click" on.
C. The fan works when directed connected to power, but it only seems to be receiving about 0.15V when the logicon is on full blast.
Connector G02 seems to provide most of the signals for the blower fan.
Pin E (LgW) is at 0V when the logicon is "off" and 0V at full.
Pin A (LO) is 0->1.2V
Pin B (LY) is 0->12V
Pin D (GR) is 12->0.83V.
I have no idea where connector "G07" (8 pin) as refered to by the the FSM.
Please help me...

Pull that round relay out and jumper the Blue/White to the Red/Yellow sockets. Key to ON, slider to any positon to the right. I think you hear the fan roar at top speed.
You know that housing that the fan motor bolts into???? Yes. You need to remove that housing. On the front of it (firewall side) is the transistor/plug and stuff you need to think about.
If the fan roars with the jumpers in, in my opinion the transistor mounted on the front of the housing is ...shot. Just a WAG. Take it for what it's worth. It was a no cost response to your question.
I'm not big on heater knowledge but know a little bit here and there to be useful. Done
