where do you locate the stock blow off valve, i bought hks universal blow off valve and i wanna know how i can install but i need to find out where the stock bov is first

 

The stock BOV is on the connector pipe from the turbo to the intercooler intake. There is a straight hose from the turbo to the plasic/metal connector that then connects to the 90 degree bend intercooler hose. The connector is where the stock BOV attatches.

return it and buy the kit made for rx7's.... other wise it's not going to be fun or easy trying to find a way to make it work.

why? is it the installation thats a bitch or configuring it??

 

i was thinking of sealing the hole from the air intake part of where the stock bov was in and making a hose that'll connect the new bov to fit directly to the hole from the turbo part of the connection where the other end of bov was at.??..
