Block-off Plate Nightmare
AND... we now have a happily running Rx7! Boosts great, and great power through out. No spitting or sputtering.
Found: loose pins in the injector clips.
The pins were sliding out of the clips, but I couldnt see that because this car still had the rubber boots over the connector and wiring. This is the same case with the Thermosensor and BAC. When I went to re-seat the pins in the BAC the connector eroded in my hand, so I blocked it back off. The car runs amazing. I took some pics of this if anyone is interested I will post them. I am gonna buy new connectors all around, I believe they are called EV-1's, they should be called EV1L. I hate those things. Thanks for all the help everyone!!

Yes, I used a cigar in an enclosed container with about 5psi going to it, then feeding in the braked booster inlet.
However, I may have found my issue: terminal loose in injector connector. I haven't got it back together to test it... found it during my lunch break. To be continued...

I have seen a video of your system too, much more efficient...and it has the other benefit of NOT KILLING YOU in the process of testing.

The boot on the thermosensor hiding the wires/ pins.
I already fixed the injectors at this point but they looked the same.
30 year old car, I guess plastic that crumbles at the touch is expected.

I had a similar problem with my first FC. It ran on one rotor but had compression on all rotor faces. After a bunch of hullabaloo, I eventually found that the wires to a couple of the injector connectors had become so brittle from heat and age that they cracked like twigs.
So, I ordered a different style of clip, unfortunately I won't have time until next week to get them in... the car still runs great but definitely has intermittent connection issues with the existing connectors. More to come of the complete job and if I like the squeeze type connection...
