Does anyone know where to get sheets of blackstone intercooler cores, or some other reputable core manufacture

You can get custom-made bar&plate or rectangular welded tube cores from Spearco. They also sell manifolds and elbows, and they can even fabricate air-air and air-liquid intercoolers to your design.
