Black Sludge in Coolant Overflow Resivoir

Ok, yet again it seems like I'm experiencing things that no one else has. I was checking the level in the overflow resivoir and I noticed a huge clump of something floating in the coolant. I managed to get it out and it almost looked like vaseline. I also took the rad cap off and squeezed the upper rad hose to get a look at the coolant thats in the rad and it had little black spots in it. Oil? God I hope not. I don't have time to get this thing torn down and rebuilt again.

The engine is a street ported rebuild w/ 3mm apex seals and about 1000 miles on it. Mainly stock except for 3" exhaust w/ no cats, FPR, 255lph FP, and intake.

I'm not sure if this is related or not, but the car smoke a little at idle and while driving. I'm assuming that its oil since I'm constantly losing it and there are no visible leaks. Also, the plugs are completly covered in carbon (black) and the engine will flood after stopping and starting 3 or 4 times.

I'm gonna try and get her into the shop today, but we'll see.
