Is the black magic fan 150 good enough for my mods?

I am getting my 1990 TII running soon after I get a throttle cable and the rest of the minor stuff I need to get. But, I am going electric fan since my motor didnt come with a stock fan. I was wondering if the black magic 150 was good enough for my mods. My mods are listed below. I plan on running stock 8psi boost and 10-12 psi boost when racing. I have a koyo radiator and I noticed that the fan is smaller than the dimensions on the radiator. Is this ok? I do plan on going with more power in the later future with bigger turbo and intercooler, but in the near future, I will be doing cheaper engine upgrades like spark wires and plugs, and suspension upgrades. So, will the black magic be good for now? Will it be good for future upgrades such as turbo and FMIC? Thanks in advance.
