T-II engine width

Ok, I'm about to start getting my T-II engine and trans fitted in my Opel GT, but before I do I need to know how wide the T-II engine is so I know if I have to cut anything. Ive done a search on here and in the 'other rotary' and found nothing that I could use. I measured my engine (without the ps and a/c) and from what I saw its about 23-25" wide at the maximum and the Opel engine bay is about 25-26". However, I did the measurements right before I left the shop the other day and didnt write them down or really double check them...so anyhow, if someone can tell me the width of the T-II at the widest point, thatd be great.
Thanks,
-Rob
