Big Problem

well i think my fuel pump is done.... i was driving and at about 4000rpm-4500rpm the car would start lugging like bad like so bad it would snap you forward....like it felt like the motor was not getting any fuel at higher rpms or when you step on the gas but you can still "limp" around so i have a fd fuel pump thats waiting to go into my fc

How about hooking up a fuel pressure gauge per FSM and testing fuel pump and rail pressure? That is of course a general suggestion, although in your case you do have the pump laying around.

I was talking about the in-tank filter, actually. Was that what you replaced? It seems you got another pump without a problem, though, so whatever.
