Question big difference

i wanted to know if i will notice a big difference if i get my engine rebuilt with the 3mm seals

they're not a performance upgrade, they're a safety upgrade. mainly a "just-in-case" for bad tuning or boost spike or anything else that might cause a ping. they're actually supposed to cause more friction (performance loss), but i couldn't say how much if measurable. someone else may elaborate...
