Best Weight Reducing methods

Besides removing the sound deadening padding, what other things have you all done to remove unnecessary weight?

How about...
Carpet
Power Steering
AC
Aluminum hood (or none

)
wheels
single exhaust
racing seats
no sound / speakers
remove spare / jack, etc.
smaller battery
Remove sunroof motors ...???

how's that?
