The piston in the caliper twists in, not push.

I have no idea what a "lock break rotor" is... do you mean the screw holding the caliper in? You need an impact driver

no i mean locked as in i go down the rod and the rear pass break glows red! like the brake caliper is stuck to the the rotor " locked up ". the car is an s5 some one told me to just hit it with a hammer till it comes free but i belive that would do more harm than good

locked rotor as in...the rotor itself wont come out of the hub correct? On the rotor hub see if there is a small threaded hole, such as this?

If you do have that threaded hole, you can find a bolt that fits it and thread it in. It will push the rotor out and you can slide the rotor off the Hub studs if its seized. If you are NOT going to reuse to rotors take a hammer and mildly hit the right and left sides in intervals, do it enough times and it will brake it loose for you.

You probly need a new caliper/pads and rotor. You WILL have to probly hit it with a hammer to get it off or pry it.

You should inspect all your brakes.
get a haynes manual or if your technically challenged just take it to a shop.

Unbolt the caliper slide rods (not the entire caliper itself), **Make sure your parking brake is off and you have a wheel chock to prevent any unwanted movement of vehicle** Use a large screw driver or something to separate the caliper from the rotor.

Inspect the calipers, you might need to rebuild it if its stuck. Replace rotors if you suspect any warping or feel for any groves in the rotor face front and back.

If your having a tough time prying the caliper from the rotor use liquid wrench and let it soak for a bit, then continue to pry.
