Best way to get faster top end on an N/A
I was curious what ya'll thought the best way to increase the N/A speed off the line. When I open up my port I don't really want to lose much on the top end.

I think the stock manifold has a humongous restriction. As I understand it you will get more power out of a header than removing/replacing your cats.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

if the headers are seramic coated then they are better but if there not, all your doing is overheating the exhaust, your bound to crack something sooner or later

What RXMFN7 said.
A header smooths out the flow of the exhaust making it less restrictive that way.
Headers will crack after many MANY years usually. I don't know anyone with a RB header which has gone bad yet.
Ceramic just helps insulate keeping the heat from other under the hood parts(intake),etc.
The only thing I could think of that would crack a header would be tossing Ice water on one instantly after driving a lot.

A header is known to produce 10-15 more whp on the 13B in best cases. Highflow cats, presilencers or straight pipes seem to give a milder change in performance according to the reports I have read here.
And one other thing, why does this topic keep coming up every three days?
