best way to get to the egr valve
I had a post last week about serious hesitation at high rpm's. to update ive ordered a fcd and boost guage. that should either fix the problem or rule out fuel cut.
so heres this weeks question
whats the best way to get to the egr valve. i have the block off plate and the manual says just to remove the bolts. but its like impossible to get to. does anyone have any suggestions on what to remove before i start pullin stuff off?
thanks
Dave

no you won't i didn't when i put mine on, just pull that heater hose off and you should easily be able to get to the pass side nut, then You can either get the the other one from the top by removing the intercooler, or from below, Its a pain in the ***, but not that hard, once you do it a couple times it takes less than a few seconds to get it on and off, An air rachet makes this a breeze.
