Best way to clean up Duck bill spoiler?

I picked up a used duck bill spoiler which is a rubber like material. What is the best way to fresh it up?

I found a product called Wink cleans up rubber without damaging it, i cleaned up rusty ac line bracket rubber with it turned out nice. At work, to shine up the rubber/plastic guards on our doors we just lightly spray mineral oil and wipe them, puts on a nice shine on them.

Question for you.

Are you trying to just clean it,or get paint off the spoiler?(was it painted by someone and you want to strip it?)

We sprayed our rubber Saab spoiler with Plastidip and it looks great.
It's basically a rubber membrane anyway and is easily removeable if you don't like it.

I would recommend using a product called 303 aerospace protectant.
The stuff gives an incredible shine and is a protectant as well.
I've used on atv plastics(looks like new) and on various rubber/plastics on my cars.

There is numerous products I could recommend over the years from detailing on the side. Malco, meguires, wizard. you name it, I have used/tried it. Not only that, but used these products on cars over 6 figure digits. Shoot me a pm. I can point you in a direction since your initial post does not describe if you are stripping paint, or simply cleaning up a factory piece. Big difference in procedure.
