Assuming that your adding a turbo to your vert, I'd stick with 2mm seals. I think those will be fine for up to 350hp. I have heard that the 3mm have compression issues, but are stronger.. all this **** is just tradeoffs for other issues/performance gains.

I would recommend RA 2mm seals.. they are 2 piece and stronger than stock. Alot of people say that they get compression problems from RA seals. but I got 120 on both sides with like 5 mins of run time... 350 is not much and is definately not a problem with 2mm seals... Just make sure to have enough fuel and you shouldnt have a problem

its actualy a turbo t2 engine that i will install in my vert.........
i am going with 2mm seals but i think that if i boost 2 much the 2 peace seals will brake and damage my engine,so i was wondering if i should go with the full tip seal or just go with the 2pc one,i actualy have a new set of stock 2pc selas but i dont know if thats good enuf....

Is that flywheel or tyre hp, I've got a article from Australia that showed what was required to reach different power levels, this explained very well. They took a stock T2 S4, added a full 3" exhaust, Pod filter, Microtech Ecu, removed emissions, upgraded fuel pump and some fine tuning and got 200 kw at rear treads, or 270 rwhp. this was with a stock tmic, stock turbo with 13 psi and all stock motor. The tuning shop stated that with a fmic and upgraded compressor wheel in turbo and biggers injectors 260 kw or 350 rwhp was not a problem. This motor still had stock ports, maifold and stock internals, Factory 2mm seals.

exactly, theres people that do that with the stock ecu and just a fuel computer.... ITs not that hard and it wont need other seals...
