best rebuild kit
ok so i got a 87 rx7 and i had to put a new motor in it so i decided to put this s5 motor from a 91' but it has 85k miles so i was wondering what is the best seal kit out there and are the aftermarket roters worth getting? Also what else should i do since the motor is going to be open to prepare it for a turbo? keep in mind that this is a n/a motor. The only thing i have though of is porting it but i dont know what else

I would say instead of buying a rebuild kit and then pay the money for a turbo just sell that motor for parts, save the money from the rebuild kit, and buy a completed turbo motor. It'll be safer and cheaper.

^^^Yup....... japan2la on the forums is selling tested, good compression t2 engines for 1300 or so. Go that route. I cant tell if the op has the s5 engine running or not in their car. If you do.....I would turbo that block with a custom 6port to t2uim lower intake manifold and t2 peripherals. Probably a lot cheaper that way if compression is good (85k assuming it is).
