Best place to get a EGI Main Relay?

Hi,
i"m trying to get my fresh rebuild up and running, and I have spark, i have timing right, but when i checked my EGI main fuse, i saw a bit of rather yellow/brownish water drip out, so i tore it apart.. . it is horrible inside! it's all covered in a yellow/brown rust gel, and one of the pieces of metal at the end of the right relay is loose/disconnected. So i'm pretty sure that's my problem, where does everyone recommend getting one? There are no junk yards within 150 miles that have any second gens, and I'm pretty poor where's the cheapest place to get one ASAP?

Thanks!
