Best order in which to mod an Fc

Okay guys I am going to start the modding in about 2-3 weeks on my seven and I would like to know in what order I should go for reliability and max power. I have an N/A and dont want to turo it because I am going to buy an FB and put a TII engine in that. First if you guys know of any writeups please direct me to them. Second I would like to know what are the best components for the individual mods i.e.(intakes, injectors, fuel pumps, etc.) but please give me facts and not oppinions unless you have tried the things your'e talking about. Thanx in advance guys.

1. Exhaust (true dual will provide most gains)
2. Intake (any filter is fine, just not HKS)
3. S-AFC (tune that fuel curve, pick up some HP)
4. Weight reduction
5. Ignition/Electric Fan/Manifold Porting

Start with a Compression Test and a FULL 60K Tune-up
Replace all tranny and diff fluids with synthetic
Have all injectors professional cleaned
Flush cooling system and replace ALL hoses
Clean and Flush oil cooler and replace lines
Flush Brake system, check rotors and replace pads
Have car aligned & replace worn components

Now that your car is at Factory specs, Then you can safely start your mods.

The most gains in the beginning is your exhaust system
