The HKS Foam sucks.
All the others are just K/N media with different mounts, and they can get away with charging 200 bucks@!@!@!
All you need is a universal K/N cone, and an adapter (for 86-88, none for 89+).. don't pay more than 70 bucks total (with adapter) total... and it's the highest flowing intake out there.
The best way is to make it the straight shot out the TB... a few people have done it here. you get rid of the long hose, and elbow.

custom TID material
was doing some reading on honda DIY CAI (don't ask why) and found out that J.C. Whitney sells aluminzed mandrel bent piping. I'm not sure exactly what aluminuzed means short of it being a light weight aluminum pipe. It's much lighter than the T304 SS mandrel pipe they also sell... anyway, buy a section of this in 45, 90, or 180 degree bends and various ID's. then use some high temp ceramic paint to help heat shield (or insulating wrap).

prices are good and I'd say this would make a much better intake than 5 or 6 pieces of rubber and PVC pipe.
I'll post pics when I get mine made. I'm just ordering now though so it might be a while.

I've made that same intake for my Civic (yeah I know, I've since stopped playing with my beater Civic).. and it works fine. I painted it with ceramic paint and wrapped it in insulating stuff (it's like tape with insulation on the other side). Easy to make, but not easy to make perfectly. You have to cut things EXACTLY the right way otherwise you've got gaps between pipes that is only sealed by the rubber hose, which I suppose would cause turbulence.
