I think it all depends on what you are lloking for, there are alot of different exhausts. Are you speaking cat back? To name a few there are:
Apexi
Greddy
HKS
Racing Beat
Those are the big ones you will see around here and im sure you probally could get most of them for around $700. I'll let the other guys fill in the details.

DO you care about sound levels? I have heard great thing about the Racing Beat setup. Header, pre-silencer, dual cat back, pretty sure it is in your price range. The "True Dual" set up is around a grand. I am getting a Bonez racepipe, and Racing A N1 Single cat back, loud nut very effective. BTW, where in TX you at?

Im right by Plano which is close to dallas i guess you could say. And im not looking for something to incredibly loud. Im just looking for something to add a little horsepower, seeing as how my stocks are rusted out. Im really looking for something under 700, i found a cat back system on mazdatrix for 600, the name escapes me at the moment. By the way, are there any rx7 gatherings around plano?

Ah it was a racing beat 50mm catback for 576. What do you all think of that?

Also, what about the RP 50mm cat-back system for 395? Is that any good and what does it sound like if anyone has it?

Definately Racing Beat. Although it doesn't do much for sound(not loud but pretty throaty when idleing) It is a great exhaust I have it on my &.
