best cat back exhaust

i want to know something first whats the difference between the tII rx7 and the non turbo rx7 besides engines is there alot of differences bt i want o get a cat back exhaust for my non turbo rx7 but im going to be doing a engine swap to a t2 soon will this effect my anything if i get a cat back can yous tell me some good exhausts for rx7s i want something loud and ricey

Search around on this forum, and see what everybody is using.

First thing I would do is get some new(or used) headers. Get Racing Beat. Replace your stock headers, if you have not.

If you have done that, I would go an Apex'i N1, if you have the money, or try to do a custom setup. Go to a exhaust shop and take the stuff you want done to them. Your muffler, exhaust, and cat back.

Just do some searching around and see what everybody is sporting.

I hear that the APEX'i GT-spec is an excellent exhaust. If my car was turbocharged, I'd get it with 80mm piping. It's supposed to be quieter and deeper.

if i get headers for a non turbo engine then i swap in a t2 will the headers bolt up to the t2 engine

No, the t2 uses a different header that turns the turbo.

thanks parastie thats what i was looking for is the headers the only thing thats different on the exhaust if i swap in a t2 motor after i get an exhaust
