The Bonez kit is fine, but you could make it yourself with:
1) An AFM adapter
http://66.216.67.51/product.asp?0=214&1=319&3=553
2) A K&N universal air filter
http://www.knfilters.com/universal/universal.htm
3) A crankcase vent filter for the air pump hose (doesn't need to be K&N)
http://www.knfilters.com/vent.htm
4) and a few brackets or zip ties to keep everything in place.

The kit will work fine if you don't want to deal with putting everything together yourself.

Also, if your engine system (internals, exhaust, etc.) is not modified, and you do not plan on modifying it, then you can just use the drop-in K&N replacement filter. The stock air box can become a restriction with performance applications, but it is quiet and collects high-pressure cold air, unlike a regular cone kit such as the Bonez intake.

IMO that Apexi "test" is a bunch of BS, as stated near the bottom of that thread. I'm sticking with the proven K&N filters until I see some unbiased, scientific data based on SAE J726 standards to convince me otherwise.

For the last time, wait for Santiago's CAI and you'll be most pleased.

Hmm... when do u expect to start selling them?

I read the thread that said you will "get into testing within the next 30 days!!!" and that was posted on Jan 10. Has testing begun? And if so.. how its comming along?

I really wanna buy a FC3S Turbo II Cold Air Intake from you once their done.

In that same thread you stated that "Introductory price is set at 150$" I assume that thats US. Also.. is that for the top model? or base model?

Also, you should look into making aluminum rads and electric fans (since I need those too lol)

Thanks alot (sorry for all the questions)

I have a running CAI using santiago's design. I know from personal experiance that it works.

Its not advertising, its the truth.
