Best 60ft's Possible with FC Suspension?
I wanted to know how some of you guys setup your suspension for good 60ft times. What stocks/springs, bushings, custom bars, etc...

Enzo, I have cut a 1.8 on road race tires, and Koni yellows set for road race. A set of HKS, or Koni Drag race shocks, and ET streets should get youa 1.5 capability no problem. Your friend Carl

Im going to be putting in a pinion snubber, good bushings, and slicks on the car very soon.
I still unsure on what coilovers to use...
Anyone know of any good drag race setups?

Jeasus.... These cars have some pretty bad 60ft times. I'd move the battery to the back, run some pretty decent 50/50's in the back and some 90/10's in the front. You've got to get the nose up on launch so it squats in the back. A rear strut bar and stiffining would be great cause I have a lot of wheel hop on my car, and its just NA with basic bolt ons.

Just if I may chime in here, you don't particulary want an IRS(at least an FC's IRS) car to squat much to get a great launch.
Too much squat = shitloads of negative camber which does NOT help 60ft times one bit.

Exactly Rx7 turbo2!!!
i don't want to jump into a set of coilovers without knowing if they'll work for drag racing.
I've seen hks drag coilovers for supra's i wonder whats different about those over other coilovers?

Most professionals run 8.8's or 9" rears.
There are some very smart people on this board so i wouldn't underestimate it.
I think i'll probably end up getting a set of koni's custom valved for drag.

Larger tires will help out a great deal. 205s will not cut it. I have found that I can get a much better takeoff with my 245s then I ever could even with my 225s. Huge friggin difference.
