Well dont know of "The Best" but I do ahve the Bridgestone Potenza RE 950 in that size and they are great. In dry and rain and stick very well. The wear on them is great to.

It is harde to find real PERFORMANCE tires in that size, but yokohama's are great and come in that size. My personal preference is NITTO but they do not make a 205/60/ r-15(not to my knoweledge anyways)

Well don't buy Firestone Firehawk. I bought them because they were cheap but they were much crappier than the old Potenzas I replaced.
