bent oil injection rod

How would be the best way to ensure I have the rod for OMP bent correctly?

Do I push the throttle by hand and see, if the rod can go up anymore?

is there any drawbacks to bending the rod for max OMP operation? besides maybe smoke..

how do I find the stock bends?

Thank you.

That rod is super hard to bend unless you're doing it on purpose

To find the stock bends, I recommend just grabbing another rod and comparing.

If it's not fitting right for you, you might just need to rotate it.

I think his problem might be that his rod is already bent. I actually have that problem as well, but I figure just make it fit so that it sets the oil pressure low when the throttle's closed and sets it high when it's WOT. Should be simple enough.
