before my new Turbo II engine goes in, anything I should modify.

I have a 82 that im swapping in a jspec 91 turboTII motor.

a bnr stage 3 turbo is on the way.

I have also removed the ACV and EGR.

is there anything I should modify on this engine before it goes in.

IE, extrude hone the intake manifold. Modifications to the throttle body.

im still learning about this engine setup so help me out.

You could have it ported. Make sure you have a drivetrain and components that will handle the new found power.

I dont want to tear it apart, I dont have the money for all the new **** on the inside. + it only has like 30,000 miles on it.

Dont get me wrong, porting the engine would be cool, but i have enough to do with the whole swap.

OK. Well then just make sure the you put in a stronger clutch and possibly a lightweight flywheel.

i havent received the motor yet,

I plan on getting a racingbeat street/strip clutch setup.

if the motor comes with a flywheel ill use it. if it comes with a flexplate ill get a lightweight one.

I would like a lightweight one but I have to drive this thing in traffic when I go to school so a heavier one isnt so bad.

Do the tb mod, remove CSS (cold start assist), tid mod, port the wastegate (trust me, do this before it goes in). All of this can be done for under 40$.

the bnr turbo comes with a ported wastegate.

Im not a FC guy so i dont know what your talking about

im guessing the TB mod is remove the 2 extra throttles at the back of the TB

in FBs the CSS injects antifreez through the carb, I dont know what it is on a FC turbo, and what is a TID??

make sure you have a new clutch. that SA clutch is used to having like 100 hp thrown at it. not 250.
