Power steering is giving me the two beeps.

2-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of engine speed signal:
The buzzer sounds twice and repeats when the vehicle speed signal is missing input and/or no engine speed signal is found (short circuit, broken wire, etc.)

From what I've read in other threads this has to do with the speedometer cable in fc's.
I've got the speedometer hooked up and it works great.
Where are the wires that this is referring to?
Most of the threads I could find by searching had to do with 5 beeps.
I've got everything connected on the car that I've seen so I'm sort of at a loss.

 

Round plug into the back of the speedo cluster or plug that goes to the PS brain.
