BBS Vert wheel question.

I have a 1990 vert that needs new tires. I have searched and have not found the answer to my question.

What type of valve stem do we need on the rim? Would just a regular metal stem do? Or are we not supposed to replace the stem?

I know the 2 of the stem caps are original, 1 missing , and 1 aftermarket. I guess I am going to remove the stem caps and center caps off before taking her in for the tires.

Thanks

BTW, I am getting 4 Yokohama Avid H4S tires from Discount Tires.

I believe the tire mounting places will have valve stems for you
if you can, get metal ones but not a big deal if it's only going to be used on the street

well you might as well take off the nice BBS stem caps and let the tire shop put on new stems with cheap plastic stem caps

I'm missing 1 of my BBS caps

Thats what I thought, but I wanted to make sure. I probably will pay extra for the metal valve stems.

Thanks
